TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in an experienced, Accounting Manager, working in our office in Cairo. 
 
Job Purpose: As an accounting manager, your primary purpose will be to manage the Finance department in various daily operations. By applying your foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.   

Key Responsibilities 

-Lead the accounting function and ensure accuratetimely financial reporting. 

-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. 

-Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations. 

-Design and improve financial processes, controls, and automation frameworks. 

-Lead, develop, and evaluate the accounting team. 

-Act as the primary finance liaison with senior management and other departments. 
 

Required Technical & Strategic Skills 

-Strong leadership in accounting, reporting, and ERP-based environments. 

-Advanced expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessment. 

-Proven experience in leveraging automation to streamline accounting processes. 

-Ability to identify financial risks and implement mitigation frameworks. 
 

People & Stakeholder Management 

-Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing finance teams. 

-Effective cross-functional coordination (Operations, IT, HR). 

-Transparent and professional communication with senior stakeholders and management. 

Experience & Qualifications 

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (professional certifications are a plus). 

-Minimum 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial exposure. 

-Strong command of English (spoken and written). 

-Experience in structured or fast-growing organizations is preferred.

-Our Egypt team members will have the opportunity to travel to the UK, UAE, and other parts of the Middle East on short-term trips with some long-term travel also available.
